The game crashes after launch

Dear people!
When I launch the game, the Playwith window comes on, then just a black screen, and the game exits. Any solutions?

i have the same problem....i try to play this game on my PC with a 4k TV as monitor.When i start the game,my 2160p resolution is changed to 720p,then black screen,then game close.no error report,nothing...just black screen and game exit.

Same here, but I have 2 randomly issues, one is that games goes to character select and then got stuck on loading window, and another when I'm not fast enough and game crashes before character select with error "An exception has been thrown!" "nProtect detect hack".

Anyone knows solution?
I was able to log in before, I've created character and played for a while, but now i can't.
I've opened ticket but still without solution.

Found a solution. Change in properties of the app to start in compatibility with win 7. It worked for me!

i did this, but stil can't enter the game.
