my id blocked for 7 day for investigation. my mail didnt respone by GM. its to long for investigation isn it?

Same here, my id blocked for 3 day, just for verification, but GM very slow to respon,
Blocked account can't do daily task and other.
Please release faster where blocked account for verification or other, we never using something illegal!!
