Disconnected As Soon as Character Loged in

Hi everyone

I always got disconnected As soon as I enter the game
is there any way to solve this? Does Anyone have the same problem?
I tried to reinstall the client, it doesn't solve the problem, run as admin, compatibility troubleshooting also cannot solve
it only happen a few hours ago, and it was fine before, it happens suddenly,

I use 2 PC to play seal, each of them has the same problem

Please help me solve this problem

Could you please send a ticket, providing to us the following information:
With what character do you get disconnected:
Does it happen on both servers?
Is it just on your ID?
We also appreciate it if you attached a video showing the GM team how do you get disconnected.
