    I already send you a ticket from yesterday about my red chip that didnt change into cegel. i got it from box.

    Hello WimpyPriyo,
    We would appreciate that take into account that the replying process for tickets is in order of arrival.
    Some tickets in fact would take more time than others.
    For next time we suggest to just wait, and avoid sending post by Forum or Facebook since those platforms can't interfere with the support one.
