Guess what??? they answer him about the server's connection??????

they don't even CHECK what the player asking for!!!!!

Sorry? you think saying sorry will fix your server? How about players who spends rps to upgrade their special items? instead of saying sorry, you bunch of loser gm should rollback and returns special items that you gms had upgraded with dg refine ticket. It is unfair for those who had spend rps in this game and they got cucked by your INABILITY AS A GM

If the refinement ticket can be used for spec item, then +12 ticket should be able to refine spec items too!!
this way, ur RUINING ur ways of making money, because people would stop buying ASTB2/even vulcanus.
now ur source of money would be only from marble/golden chest/grabbit/box events.

The game’s company doesn’t even try to fix the Guild War/Coliseum.. There is a serious bug which people aren’t respawning after dying, and they end up having to re-login. This way people can’t have Guild War matches!!!

Imagine, we can’t even enjoy the PVP features that the game is supposed to offer. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
Instead of fixing the game, the game is only creating Item Mall sales. just WOW.

As many of you may have known by now, since we have received a lot of tickets these days, our staff have made a decision to be fair with our beloved players.
In order to no affect players with the refine misunderstanding. Only during /for this event, our staff has decided to use the DG Refinement Ticket for special items too.
So don't be afraid of sending your ticket to refine your normal or special items!

Please be informed that only the DG Refinement ticket will be for special and normal items, not the +12.
Additionally, know that all the players that have been sending tickets these last days have been notified by the news. That's why we kindly suggest players send a ticket when have some doubts.
