    I don't have new costume and ses

    Hi i have a problem . My account is old but all have new items (ses 100% , cosutume ,skill reset etd.) Why i don't have this ?

    Because You have been playing the game using this account. In order to receive the prize you needed not to log in the game for about 6 months or so, if you logged in even once in that period, automatically you don't receive the prize.
