just like the tittle say, my id stuck. Can you check and fix it ?

I got "Diisconected from server" by no reason then it got stuck. when i want to log-in, it always like this :

"The ID is already coneted. Do you want disconnect the curent connection?"

This is the first time im experience this one. pls fix it thank you.

Is anyone has the same problem with me ?
