blank map and then disconnected from server

hello guys,

may be someone here have been experience same problem like me, so last time I login to the game, specialy to "Elim", then the map is blank, my char was naked and no equipment, but sometimes it work normaly, then turn to error again, and always at ELIM. I already tried to reinstall the game but, still the same problem after that.

what should I do to make the game work normaly again???
