Dear GM or Anyone knows

how do i use XG Refinement ticket that got from Marble/Monopoly, is that like pet revival ticket that i have to send ticket to gm to use them?

and what di limitation of the ticket? is that can refine special item? or is that can refine high level item like balie or anything level 250 up?

please explain, i think player want to know before they doing Marble/Monopoly
