So Erdi, you're equipped with upg bow (60%) and trans guarder (15%)
    Total Attack Speed = 75% = 0.75

    Attack Delay = 1000 / (1 + 0.75) = 571.43 = 571 (rounded down)

The Attack Delay will never reach 0 because, as we all know, rational functions of this form, 0 is an asymptote. You need infinite attack speed for it to be done.
Ohooo, okay. Sounds quite logic, thanks for the explanation. So using Silva + buffs lowers the delay between attacks further, currently on 448. Mystery from the first field is solved now

The second field is still weird though, not really sure what it's supposed to say. If it even says something useful x)

    You mean the negative value?

AchanClub answers that already so its not really a mystery at all.

The negative value is the decrease in Attack Delay due to the increase in attack speed.

If you add the absolute value of numbers in two fields, you'll always get the value D (base Attack Delay of the weapon you use) which is 1000 in your case.

Ow, that was my blonde moment of the day. Could have figured that out myself lol. Thanks!
