Bugs in skill action bars

Everytime you relog pc skills in action bars dissapears i think this bug must be sovled soon and im so tired to put it in order everytime i relog pc

This won't happen if you alt+x out of the game. If you use the correct way of exiting, even though it takes 15 seconds, your skill bars will remain intact.
