So im doing daily dungeon with my friends but everytime we do dungeon especially sage tower and waterway we keep disconnected or crash, why is that? Any solution?

My berzerker friend have it worse when doing combo against boss. Instance that only take time around 45min to 1.30 hours become 2 hours ++.
