    Problem with register shop

    Hello guys. I try to register my shop password but I do not see "Step 2". In step one, I chose a question and writing answer after that submit. Window reloading and nothing happens just I see an empty window. I try to buy a pet in Item mail but I can't without this password. Could you help me somehow, please?
