    deleveling items

    why is it so god dam hard to delevel a weapon out of forge event it should not be this way you guys seriously need to fix this god dam system

    almost 3bil crones and i cant even get 19 ****ing levels down this is such bull**** greedy ass people need to stop setting the rate to like 5% just to refine out of forge event

    it's basically impossible to refine anything outside forging event. Just wait for one and refine it in a jiffy.
