today, 13/07/2018, me and my sister go to alca and sage, BUT, THERE IS NO ITEM DROP AT ALL !!!!

WTF is this ? 3 LAPTOP, 3 Screen, and there is no single item drop from alca and sage.
I CAN'T EVEN DROP MY item from MY INVENTORY. EVEN if i DID, ITS FKCING GONE!!!! THIS ERORR HAPPEN WHEN WE IN A PARTY, WHY ?
NO BOX, NO Quest alca, no shet at all.

IS THIS a BUG ? the thing is, im fcking using DoubleDrop in 2 character. NONE OF THEM GET A BOX OR DROP, FCKER.

IS THIS JUST ME ??? if yes, tell me WHY !! BCUZ WE DOING SAGE AND ALCA with 3 LAPTOP!! if its an error, there is no way 3 LAPTOP ERORR IN SAME TIME!!
