I have question since I ident one of harmonic dragon bracelet, but I'm not to satisfied with the result.

from recent research that I look into, harmonic dragon bracelet have options that can go to ODI/DDI until 5% and others option which is really good, but when I try to Marco's Mistake It, it said that Failure to initialize the item, and I am wondering is it bugs or technical glitch that make marco mistake wont do the job or maybe perhaps there are new item in item mall specially purposed to the same kind function like marco's mistake for harmonic dragon bracelet.

for other dragon scale / dragon claw my research said that they don't have any options so I know why they wont work with marco's mistake, but for harmonic dragon bracelet it suppose to have options, please help or any solutions for this item.
