Let's look at things in depth: currently running Mastercraft Event, which mentions the fact that we have a special buff gives us these boosts:

• Refinement : 50% increased success rate
• Reinforcement (Crafted item) : 50% increased success rate
• Enhancement (Forged item) : 50% increased success rate
