He has Framework 4.0 installed as well, checked that after the video drivers, gonna look at the Device manager now.

How would I know if anything wasn't installed? It all seems to be fine to me but if something was missing I wouldn't know lol

you would see like a yellow yield sign or other/unknown devices listed

Oh, just checked and there were none to be found.

umm another suggestion is compatibility mode...have you tried that?

Yes, tried Compatibility mode with Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Still nothing xD

He has the latest version but downloading and reinstalling anyway.. Probably not going to change anything ><

If they just had a way to manually patch files we wouldn't even need to use the Loader.. Reinstalling did not work. ><;
