PvP Honor Rewards and Assassin Mode

If a Dhan in Assassin Mode PKs me, so their name only shows as DHAN so the kill isn't registered in the Killed By List, do they get the same chance at my PvP Honor Item Rewards as if they weren't in Assassin Mode or because they're in Assassin Mode they don't get a chance at my PvP Honor Rewards?

pvp honour system doesnt work so dont bother to try and figgure out how it would work if it did work because it doesn't.
