Hi i just added a card to my account which says it was a success but i still have 0 RPS

if it was the first time you added rps theres a 24 hours dely till you get them i believe?

Up to 72 hours. Give it a few days and if nothing happens by wednesday, send an e-mail to billing@ynkinteractive.com and they'll take a look. Also remember you can't buy anything from the EM until another 24-48 hours after getting EM membership, so again give it more time after you've gotten the RPS.

but when my bf added his rps it went in right away

If it's not your first time adding them, then they work instantly. Also, I do believe purchases with official Rohan Game Cards (not Ultimate Game Cards, Cherry Rewards, etc.) also go into effect immediately. First-time purchases with credit cards do not.
