Hello, I'm trying to build AoE hunter and almost every guide says to max out bait toss. I have bait toss at level 2 right now and have no idea how it works. I targeted some mobs and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

How do you guys usually mob as an AoE hunter? Comments appreciated
