Today Best Friend (Cannot withdrawal when bestfriend is offline)

I cannot Withdrawal or Invite a new Bestfriend when my latest bestfriend is offline, so i need to wait 12hours for it to be reseted , i dont want to wait 12 hours to start Leveling , please fix this , or maybe let us choose who's gonna be our Bestfriend so we can coordinate more with my bestfriends.

We have a new issue, even when both Bestfriends (Me and my BF) are ONLINE but after one of us Disconnected from the game then Reconnected to the Game , the TBF Effect is Gone, we cannot Withdraw or Invite new Bestfriend. it says "You requested Today My Best Friend." but then "You can not use right now. Please try it later". i've wait for several hours but it still error.

Sorry for my bad English its not my First langauge, but i know you guys could Understand what im saying.
