I think wand is a small weapon usually worn by priest.
Although there is no wand mastery like a staff, but priest still love it because it can be used with shield.

there is no sword or dager mastery, and u still an use it. Use Staff as priest if u must shoot to targets xD U have staff mastery tho.

Wands don't go beyond lvl 50 and have a max damage of 173.

usable by healer and mage
can be used by Wizard, Warlock, Priest and Templar but nobody bothers since the damage is pretty crappy.
lvl 37 normal Cloud staff > lvl 50 Urnia's Teardrops ancient wand.

no it's not. attacks are now based off of psy % or int % , nothing to do with matk. matk is only for auto attacks anyway which no one cares about (staff)
you're not gonna find a wand with 1xx stats , so not worth investing time into that, use a sword/dag/mace
My judgement does 4-5k damage and I use stedman's sword with psy int vit

If your judgement scales from PSY & INT than the damage formula for it will take your magic attack in consideration too it's (attack base + (int * multiplier) + (psy * multiplier)) = final damage. try using a high lvl magic weapon with high flat magic attack, you should notice a difference in damage from your skills.

I've definitely noticed a big difference when higher matk is on the weapon - particularly with skills. and my psy is pretty much base -- im building for a lock.
