    I can't either and I'm also using Windows 10. Started rohan with Explorer open. Set explorer to my default interweb etc and still has not worked for me.

    Try set IE as default browser, I use FireFox and always when open Cons Shop, IE window pop up begging me to be default browser, i don't like IE so i say NO! and close pop up. Than i can search what i want. I play in window mode.
