I spend 1B Trying to dvlp A Weapon To Lvl 99 And Nothing Even Have Guild Buff GM Stop Sleeping And Fix That

I played Rohan 4 years ago, left for 3 years and this was allways the same. D-Lvling a weapon without Forging/Refining Event was allways a pain. This is also basicly no sleeping its A. Money Sink(admit it we have way to much crones going around, i mean you even spend 1 Billion Crones--> reads 1.000.000.000 Crones) B. and THIS keeps economy going if you would had sucess every time like in event you could basic down a whole armor set to lvl 1 and still only used half of the money you just spend. Aka nobody would need crones anymore or way less so price in EM falls and so on. Why do you think we sell 100m crones here for 300-400 E-Cash? and not like Jainus 300m for 750 E-Cash?! Because Isen by default DOES NOT HAVE!! Enhanced Rates. Now C. its is like that for more than 8 years on Servers without Enhanced Rates and you think they will "fix" that for you?^^
