I really shock, i never do anything illegal, so i ask what kind illegal activity.

GM answer really nonsense, my job is gambler, and yeah my aspd hit 176 with costume and costume set + apo buff and gambler buff. So i ask him to recheck my char.
This is third email
....
i know i can't debate with GM, i will always lose. So i ask him give me the proof that i using cheat. The police can't send someone to the jail just because the police say you;re thief. Police need give the proof, am i right ?

All i said about last email is really unprofesional.

Here is the thing. This is not a country or city that has police and courts. It is an online game provided by PlayWith Interactive. People are allowed to play here as long as they agree to the Terms of Service - which is accepted by continuing to create an account. In those terms of service you agreed to there is nowhere stating that they must prove or even explain anything to people that they block from playing. This game could disappear from the Internet without any notice or explanation - with no legal requirement to provide one. Your account and/or IP can be blocked at any time - and they would not even have to tell you why. They most certainly do not and will never prove anything to you or me if we are banned. In fact in the almost 9 years I have been around here they have never provided proof for a ban or blockage. This is just he fact of life anyone must accept if they want to play here. They don't care how much you have spent on your account. If they want to shut it down, they will and no proof is needed (though to do so on a 'big spender' I am sure the GMs must provide a good reason for doing it to their management).

Call it unprofessional if you like, but this is their universe. They are the Alpha and the Omega here. We are the peasants that pay the taxes - they are the lords that collect those taxes.

If legit I am sorry your friend got banned for what he says is a misunderstanding. But that is how the online gaming world rolls.

I play online gaming already 15 years, and i know what it is, and I never got banned in any other game i play. I know this is a business, and i don't mind to spending money to buy cash. I just want they give me a proof if i using cheat, just that. Because i never using cheat, never. If the GM see my aspd 280++ maybe 1 week ago, i just want to tell, i go survival, and got aspd buff and raise my aspd from 140 basic to 280. You know somekind of slot machine give you aspd buff. Everyone can wrong, this time the GM is wrong, just open my char, case closed.

If me ill ask to show the screen shoot for better understanding of the case. Every reported case should have screen shoot, and again if u fell u're not guilty u shuld try and ask this first time. Btw did u have other account ? And if yes; is your other account got banned ?

Either you guys did not read what I posted or you failed to understand it.

Ynk / PlayWith Interactive never has nor will it ever provide proof to you or anyone else if they ban you. Nor are they abliged to do so by the very Terms of Service (ToS) you agreed to when you made your account. You can complain until doomsday it will never happen. Nor will any other game operator ever provide proof for banning your account because if you read every game's ToS carefully they have the right to toss you out of the game any time for no reason provided to you whatsoever.

It does not matter if you have 5 years, 10 years or 50 years playing online games. That is the way it is in every game, and any other online service that lets you create an account, that I have seen (and I have been "online" since before there WAS a WWW - and I still have my old 300 baud modem / FIDO BBS software listings to prove it).

@PenguinJoe, It's not easy if you not doing anything wrong but get banned like this. If you already spending time and spending money, and get banned like me, you can't just say ahhh okay forget it just make new account. I dun think you can go easy on that. i'm not doubt about what you say, but i dun think you're a player, maybe you're one of their staff. If you're player, you will scared that will happen to you someday.

There's another thread like this where the playere ban get lifted after throughly investigation by fellow players. Here's what i think you did wrong:
In ur mail to gm u only sayin u never using cheat but there's no good explanation on what went wrong with this case. What i think u should do is: explain to gm that u have 140 aspd unbuffed so the logic of using aspd buff is not making any sense. Regarding auto skill explain u are an gambler and auto skill is not making sense as u never train ur battle pet, you can support this argument if you don't have battle pet gaius as it's pretty useless to use auto skill on bpet without gaius.

As ur id already get banned might as well try to fight back what u think is right. If u not try u definetely lost but if u try u have chance to fix this nuisance. Please bear in mind if u ever use any cheat even only a tiny bit; you should really forget this resolution.

As words of encouragement:
1. I did manage to help my friend getting back his lost item after gm wrongly accussed him for wrong report.
2. There's a case similar like this when a player get banned for map hack in catacomb, after sending the proof provided by other player, his ban is lifted after couple days. If u search the forum throughly u might find that thread.

@Penguinjoe : yes i'm aware of that TOS, but what u did here is not helping anyone. As much as i concern you are not Seal player nor you understand how the system actually works. Please try to dig a little bit to the forum, you might found the thread i mean on point no 2 above.

you can use more valid method for checking your aspd, like math or investigating how does your aspd get that high in details. there is a game that have the same ToS and the law is absolute you cant change the ban by sending "im not using cheat". but its all came back to the GM for the ban just send them more solid proof calculating how does your aspd go that high with in game screenshot per buff effect.

maybe next time before you play or hunting around, make sure you screen shot all your item with the attack speed option too and calculate it so you can prove to GM that your character is legit and clean. for example : shoes of wanderer.G+7 gives 25 attack speed with additional option 10 attack speed so the total is 35, and so on, and so on.

but still, maybe this method should be used by all people before playing in seal to keep away from weird banning. first ever "must screenshot to keep away from ban" game

Here's a little advice from me. Unless you're taking part with the developers, treat this game as a game, not a business. Just because you spend a lot of money on this game, doesn't mean you can get a special treatment from the GM team. You're a player, like the rest of us, the difference is you buy something from them, while some of us didn't. Does that makes you immune if you break the rules? Of course not. And newsflash, you're not the only one who spend money on this game, so be a little humble about it. Many people spent money on seal eternal destiny, yet it still got reset to seal blade of destiny, without any explanation. We just being informed that seal eternal destiny will be reset to other kind of seal game. Some of us dissatisfied with this and some of us just go with the flow and enjoy the next game without bragging about "money spender's" privilege. If you have complaint about GM, then do it right, accusing them as unprofessional or such won't get you anywhere. Good luck with this issue, I hope you get a satisfactory closure.

Now about the GM issue. I do have a little issue about today's GM. They're too quiet and I can hardly socialise with them. I know it's just a matter of personal character or maybe they're just too tired or busy to talk with us. But that's not how the community works. Although some people will oppose my suggestion, I'll recommend you(GM) to stop some weekly event(s) and create interesting monthly or bi weekly event instead. Maybe with that, you'll get more time to know us players and having fun again with this game
