Skill Points and Ability Points

The characters that jumped 50 levels didn't get the skill points or ability points. Is there any way to get those skill points and ability points? I already tried using pouches to gain another level, and I tried using a reset. Those didn't work to give the ones they didn't get.

A level jump character will be very weak if they can't get the number of skill and ability points their level should have.

Looks like you might have a whole bunch of stat/skill cripples + mad players on your hands. (anybody surprised?)

You gotta use the resets they put in your event bag what im mad about is that there is no job change certs!

Hi Celestial25! Sunnyangel is correct, you can use the Complete Stat Reset Stone and Complete Skill Reset Stone we have inserted into your character's Event Inventory. We will now close this thread as this issue has been addressed.
