    ****ing GM

    i spent $50 and buy some equip from item mall... but i dont get the item
    sent a ticket and the answer ""For us to further assist you with this please take note that we will now forward this ticket to our Tier 2 to provide the appropriate action for this issue. Please wait for their reply and we recommend you to NOT REPLY TO THIS TICKET until you receive our Tier 2's response.""
    its already 3 days i wait.. so how long i must wait wihtout a clearance ???

    with this new gm team, replaying ticket now could take 3-10 days, i dont know why...

    old gm team (when GM Cliph in charge) eplay ticket only 1-3 days

    so many game i have played, other game only takes 5 minutes to GM repplied tickets

    maybe gm is not salaried well? and not spending their time for the game longer?
