Hold Charge 48 Hrs RPS processing

I Just a new player here !!
I have done charging rps through paypal payment , but why I do not find rps in my account info... whether it takes 48 hours for rps can log into my account for 1st charging ??
and 1 more ,
if we make the first payment via redeem codes, and wants to replenish by credit card or molpoin .. what would wait 48 hours for rps can log into my account ??

Correct, it's not always clearly mentioned.

I had to wait that long on one of my old accounts as well. Been playing for several years, but first time charging rps through that account - had to wait 2 days, by which the sale ended.
