Problem with buffs

I left the game 3 years ago +-, well, i have a question and is: why I can't buff my friend? (For example, the skill protection) when I click on his pj and I want to buff him, finally i finish to buff myself, what is happening?

Recent class changes turned all buffs into self-buffs. There are very few buffs that you can give someone else now and those are only available within your party.

Some of those buff became better that they used to be but then, you cannot buff up other players... u better go giant and go steal those buffs hahaha
