    Angry why i cannot receive the item mall equipment!!

    in nov 14th 2016 i bought the Sword Ghosts Sword.XG, but when i check the mailbox or the bank, there is not item/Sword Ghosts Sword.XG! what wrong with this i spent my money but there is no respond ??
    Please fix this!!

    Did you file a ticket already to them? If not, please file the a ticket using the SUPPORT TAB at the top of the page.

    yeah, i am already sent the 3 ticket, but no respond at all.. and the item still not in my mailbox or my bank... damn!

    Got same cases here buddy...alrdy submit 5 ticket from 14th NOV, but still no respond from them... Playing Grabbit + claiming VIP level 4 and 5 reward, but none of them appear in my mailbox or account bank.. My ticket number #256278

    If your level is 75 below, you will not receive IM item through mail. GM will send the item after you send ticket.

    But the problem is, Gm never reply ticket since last Saturday :/
