Server issues? o-o

Is it just me or does the website "shut down" like every 1-3 minute to quickly come back up again? It also affects the game since it cant connect to the servers when this happens and i disconnect ._.

does this happen to everyone or something on my end? :/ every other webpage and game works fine..just rohans servers i seem to not be able to connect very fine with

takes 2 hours to just check if files are up to date :/
