Blessed Diamond (Invalid Item)

So I'm trying to +9 my Priest's Fireball, but it seems that I can't because of the Invalid Item text I receive. Same goes to my Murim Ice Wizard Fan when I tried to +9. I was able to do +8 from a +7 item, but not +8>+9.

Was there a requirement that I have to use a Bless Diamond to +8 for it to work to +9 or am I missing something?

Blessed diamond is helpfull item, but it's not dedicated for "special item". item named Typhareth and Jikael (armor and weapon) will missing and gone if u failed. don't try for weapon like murim, destruction of lionel sword and shield and fireball too.

Ohh I see I see, so it only works for "Normal" items. Special item doesn't work.... Alright, gotcha. Thanks for the reply kenzoaoki.
