Rumir weapon trans with Staff or another ?

Like the title, i just wanna ask about trans weapon for rumir. Do we need use a Enchated Staff or whatever Enchanted weapon with HP option ?
I heard someone tell me with Staff rumir heal better. Is it true ?

Rumirs Healing skills use Magic attack rather than Health recovery like Elfs. The more Magic attack you have the better your healing will be and make sure to have a lot of Mana % on said weapon Mana Bombing uses your mana to deal magic damage if you want to deal more damage with said skill. So yeah a Staff would help a lot. Just GL transmuting that without selling your kidney and a bunch of other organs while your at it :l

You have 3 options.

1. Buy no less than 100 Transmute preservation stones. You will need every one of them since they are designed to protect your valuable staff while at the same time causing transmute failures 99% of the time.
2. Transmute without one. I assume no liability in the event of transmute failure, but you have FAR better chances of transmute succeeding without one.
3. Forget about playing trinity. They are a black hole down which you upend bucketfuls of RPs.

I know its suck but its helpful in war . Just wanna play rumir not noir. Thank you bro for help.
