Can not use a skill!!!

Hello guys, after maintenance who got the same problems like me? I learn all skill already but can not use skill and i tried Re-log so many times but it still the same.

Might be your stats. You ahve to have the right requirement stats for the item you are wearing. If you don't, you won't be able to use skills.
