Ok so whats happening? Im trying to start rohan and it says Dont download list file and shuts down the loader, Ive tried in admin mode, I tried the client instead but then it shuts down, probably because I havent updated, I just played 2 hours ago .-.. Tried restarting computer, restarting internet, how the hell do i fix this

You cant fix it as far is I know. I've had this issue many times in the past and the only thing I did that worked was to uninstal the game, do a fresh download and then re install.
