Scatter Shot Buff got a 100% damage boost from 25% but a 4 target only nerf same as Destroy(Wizz Aoe) and Prism Sphere 5 targets(Rumir AoE) damage stayed the same tho.

I like how DPS classes got their AoE buff lvl7 100% chance but a 50% Drop in AoE damage

I mentioned that to gms about your last point. Both are complete wasted and useless skills in their current tress. Maybe they will look into them.

Scouts don't need more damage this changes are meh what they need is CC resistance or release like make Melt remove not just Root effects but Stun to.
Those changes for farming and some PvP glorious damage is great but still the real problem with them aren't being addressed

Hell I bet that a decently build full Psy Priest can kill a Scout or deal enough damage to make him run for his life.

Balance =/= damage.

Scouts don't need more damage to be balanced.

Pvp gonna be just as boring as when it was all about templars and full vit dks lmao. thing is back then it took 4-5 temp hits to go down. now dhans do it in 2-3 hits, I don't see a difference. #balance lmao

My bad, I checked again, it is Scatter Shot, not Pouring Shot that have 100% buff dmg.

Names are now all accurate to our version of Rohan.

Hmmm weird the only changes I see for halfelf are piercing root, winged foot, speed wind, critical shot and scatter shot.
