    Wao Melee boosted based on Str and boost in Melee. I feel we will see some really broken Noirs running around xD
    That new Elemental will probably work like Invenom, damn.

    WTF is that balance patch for noirs??? they were already hitting hard, now that will be insane... they will hit harder than templars ever hit in like the last 7 years LOL
    templars are dead but now noirs are there... just replaced an OP class with a more OP class LOL!

    Include OP Skill

    Dimension Coat : Made they to be immortal 15sec every 30sec (because lvl7 cd 30sec)

    Phantom Spirit : Made we can't stun/root them for 20sec and this skill cd 40sec

    Both skill can be debuff, but look like pointless because it very short cd on skill

    PS. about templar exactly they no need to nerf blunt mastery because templar isn't op anymore if compare with other dps class (dhan, guard, noir) for me before this patch templar good more than wiz a little bit but after patch (blunt got nerfed) they are weak so much maybe wiz good more than templar now

    i think this is a test for now, so the balance is done. ynk observing now and waiting for op dollars players to complain and repatch again.

    Take away Marea battle and skill defense and the Dekan shall rule again !
