Top Templars on Isen are using 200's psy+int to get upwards of 400k mp as an effective buffer for pve damage with double absorb on opaniel clubs. Doesn't save them from invenom though lol.

Nothing saves you from invenom nor thorn whip so GL finding a way in game to defend against it.

I can solo cave and mines no issues but I haven't tried sunken or monastery yet maybe tonight. And I also use a staff
