Thx a lot RBNXD btw i dont have Savage to run my own test.....

I have one that will be changed to Zerker soon(need to sell some stuff on EM) but yeah it is as i said. Example of another skill that works that way is Preds Katar Mastery Crit rate and xBow Mastery's atk speed to(works with melee weapons and ranged ones).
