Dude Rumirs are gonna be tanky as fk. All the Psy buffs + 40% of your Psy converted to Vit Gz o.o
Vine Protection was broken from the beginning giving all types of atk a stun, if it was lets say melee atks only it would have been a different story. I would have been a Rumir if it wasnt for the stupid Arrendal system and specific armors this big boobies hovering b1tches need.

Dex has higher accuracy - (this is how Archers hit a lot in PA)
AGI has more evasion - ( this why they can COMBO much with those crits)

Not sure if I follow you but at first glance, this doesn't make any sense.
Do elaborate.

Doing higher damage isn't related to accuracy, neither are combo's related to evasion

Accuracy only makes you miss less or in Rohan mechanics never miss, Evasion only works in PvE, in PvP you wont even dodge a fart.

Yeah it says damage mitigation and reflection of 1% but i am not completely sure the how is gonna work cause 1% iz super duper low for how effective this skill has been.
