There's the confusion. Both answers to that question can be correct, depending whether you ignore [Strong Mind] or [which applies intelligence and psycho as damage to criticals]; otherwise the question is wrong

When I was playing wiz I used to do a lot of crits with Ring Burst having just Magic Boost, Strong Mind for additional damage to ofc. Haven't played Wiz in a very long time so cant say for sure if it was changed or not.

Nothing increases skill crit chance in rohan. Crit damage % sure.

If that were the case, agi dhans would never be hit. You need some accuracy... but as long you have over like 50-100 dex, you're gonna hit everything anyway. Accuracy vs Evasion is pretty much meaningless anymore. Back in the day, before the all stat stuff, it would be noticeable at lower levels. Now, you will almost never miss anything.

In a sense that's correct - if your accuracy is too low, you will hit a lot of misses. This is very much true in pvE where mobs will hit many a miss on agi characters or even half elfs.
However, the accuracy-evasion rates are not 1 to 1.

In other words: you need a ton more evasion for but a little accuracy to beat it. Back in the days this was done by having the said base of 50 dex points.
Nowadays you don't have to since all stats are been thrown at you from all directions that it is impossible to have low stats in anything - even if you'd try your very best not to have any.

As such, it defeats of many skill purposes such as accuracy guardian buff, evasion HE buff and the agility secondary boost in evasion overall.

The higher level your opponent, the more likely you are to hit miss as well - but that's hardly to do with actual evasion rather than other game mechanics.
