    ID Doesn't Exist

    Excuesme, I wanna ask about ID, why I can't login with this ID in Seal BoD? And the game always said my ID doesn't exist. Is there any solution for me? I'm a new member.

    Have you registered for the game? If so from what website? "JC Planet" or "PlayRohan"? In the game make sure that you choose the section correctly. If that doesn't work then you have to verify your ID first then try it again.

    I'm already regis with PlayRohan Portal, and I already verification twice with the same e-Mail from PlayRohan, until now, I can't still can't login with my PlayRohan ID.
