UPDATE: I apologize that it's taken so long to give an update on this issue.
Long story short, there's been some personnel changes on the Seal Team, and things have been in flux.

Today, we will be ending the Dungeon Extravaganza Event one week early.
We apologize for this, and we will be providing compensation to all players affected by this event.
Please stay tuned for announcements regarding the compensation later on this week.

All server rates have been increased for a limited time, so take advantage of it while it lasts!

 Exp rate : 200% up
 Drop rate : 100% up
 Refine rate: 25% up
 Battle Pet Exp rate : 100% up

Also, all instance lockouts have been removed for the duration of the event!
Run them until you can do it in your sleep!
Get those locked boxes!

THE EXP not BOOSTED!!, IT'S lesser then before! please check it

im using double exp 100% and got lesser before maintenance
for example i got 1 million bonus exp w/o double exp from clover and now im using exp 100% only got only 700k
please fix it as soon as possible

refine rate 25% up? refine using using artisan with secret method +20% and then +25% so give it 45%.Normaly rate refine to +9 is 32% right? so if we refine using artisan,event and wrs also succes? if that so amazing man...!

It's refine for +4 to +12

ussualy it refine for +,not for refine .G.if refine for .G it's so worst because rate refine .G can be additionaly with cata

Master Refiner,increase succes rate of refine.G

exemple : normal rate is 40% + 25% or 40% + 10%??
10% from 40% x 25/100
which the correct one?
