Refine rate up 20%
some one can explain how can some one failed in +4 3 times in a row?
i think refine rate should be fix too...

I've asked Winter about it. They said that it's like this:

Let us say the refine success rate you got is 50%. You get the 25% of 50% and that's 12.5%. Now, you add 50% and 12.5%. The final success rate will be 62.5% Tadaaaaa!!!

not in my case.. refine almost 200 rubies to +6 only failed 15
since i use artisan

How bout are 100% DE i wasted 3 days now. Still no Update ? I think they are still waiting for Wednesday. Hope they can fix this or giveaway some 100% DE.

lets see how the effect of +25% event for refine.

i try refine WOBW.XG+7 to +8 using artisan with secret method max LV(+25%), thats mean 36%+bonus 18% (50% from 36%) =54% chance of success
if u thought i got 36+25+25= 86% u totally wrong.

Secret method doesn't increase your success chance that high. Because if it does, why would people refine with BRS/WRS instead of artisan?
Secret method only increases your success chance by just 5%
