    Have you tried playing the game in windows mode?
    Open the patcher > Option > tick full screen > change the screen resolution > tick the windows mode
    Then try again, if it still like that I suggest you forward everything then send a support ticket to the GMs maybe they will help

    Yes.. I tried 1024p resolution and 1900p resolution, windowed, and full mode
    But still getting the same error

    I already send tickets, but it seems that there is still no solution from gm's
