Unhappy Help!! so many program crashes when I open seal online because of ntdll.dll

I have searched the internet over this 2 - 3 weeks, but no result as how to fix my error...

My error is as the Title says:
    1. I open AutoUpdatePlus.exe
    2. Click Start button, After that..
    3. Program like Comodo Firewal, Bandicam, Desktop Window Manager, etc etc is crashing AT ONCE that my computer became so laggy and then freezes sometimes
The Seal Online game itself NOT crashing

All of the program says the error fault name is the ntdll.dll

I can play the Seal Online just fine, but you know.. if my firewall and antivirus is not running... I'm afraid some virus or malware will infect my pc...
And I can't re-open the program that crashes, it will crash again saying because of the ntdll.dll
I can't open some program window's program like device manager and event viewer
I can't even open WINDOW'S CALCULATOR until I close the seal online ._.

On my Laptop. It have the same program like Comodo Firewall and Bandicam running, They're NOT crashing like my PC when opening seal online

    My PC is:
Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
    64-bit operating system
I have already install the latest driver for my AMD graphic card too

Here is the video of how is my crashes looks like:

Anyone might have same issues like me? Or any advice as how to fix this? I need help

    Restart your computer
    -> Done

Reinstall the program if the ntdll.dll error only displays when you use a specific program.
    -> Done, I re-download and then re-install the seal

If the software program has any updates or service packs available, install them too.
-> This is means the patch from AutoUpdatePlus.exe right?

Third party software programs that have been installed on your computer are almost always the cause of ntdll.dll errors.
-> This is.. nope, same program on laptop, run perfectly without ntdll crash

Check the Windows service pack level you're running and then check Microsoft's support site to see if there is a more recent service pack available for installation.
-> Done, I have the latest Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Selectively disable Internet Explorer add-ons. If your ntdll.dll error is displaying when you start, run, or close Internet Explorer
Note: As a workaround, assuming the ntdll.dll error really is Internet Explorer related, install and use a competing browser like Firefox.
-> The ntdll.dll error when I run the seal not the IE.. so.. nope

    Rename the NLSPATH system variable.
If your Windows system does not have this environment variable, skip this step.
-> I don't see any NLSPATH on my environment variables

Disable Data Execution Prevention for Explorer.exe. As in the previous step, this is for troubleshooting the ntdll.dll issue only.
-> After doing this one, I realize that all of the crashes app because of the ntdll is 64-bit program
-> the DEP giving an error message: "You cannot set DEP attributes on 64-bit executables."

    Disable UAC
    -> Done

Update drivers for any hardware in your computer where updated drivers are available. Outdated drivers sometimes cause ntdll.dll errors.
-> Done, I already update it to the latest driver that available

    Test your memory for damage.
-> I already did try to repair my windows, but yeah.. nothing changes

Ntdll.dll errors could occur if you have an Iomega Zip drive on the same IDE cable as the hard drive inside your computer. If so, move the Zip drive to a dedicated IDE controller.
-> I assume it want me to change my pc cable or something like that?

Repair your installation of Windows. If individual software reinstallations fail to resolve the problem, a repair installation of Windows will replace the ntdll.dll file.
-> I did the system check but the result is nothing wrong with mine

Perform a clean installation of Windows.
Replace the hard drive and then perform a new installation of Windows.
-> I hope I don't have to do this just to play seal online on my pc (without the program crashes)

    Addition
-> I already try to run the entire exe in the file as an administrator
-> I already try to run the game in windows xp sp 3 and windows xp sp 2 compability

I try to follow all the step, but still nothing works...
Why only the seal online giving me this error? I play pso2, skyrim just fine

I had this problem too a long time ago, it usually caused by the GameGuard everything crashes but my seal online, I fixed it by installing the game on a different partion of the hard drive.

Have you tried sending the GMs a ticket? Maybe they will help.

Ok I just looked for the solution and it says, either your seal file is corrupted, some windows registry has changed or something.
Where did you download your client from? and Have you tried cleaning your registry with ccleaner?

I can give you my sealonline client if those doesn't work.

I'm downloading the seal from this website http://sealonline.playrohan.com/download/download.html
And I use the same installer on pc and laptop
pc is crashes with fault name "ntdll.dll" on some important program like comodo firewall, bandicam, desktop window manager, I can't even open window's calculator or ping google while playing seal
but laptop.... running just fine without any of those crash

But... no harm in trying it again I guess..
I'll try to uninstal, ccleaner it, and then re-install the seal again with new installer
I'll post the result here again ASAP

    update:
okay, this is interesting... here is what happen:
    1. I uninstall the game, I run ccleaner, I install the game with new installer
    2. I run the game... voila.. NOTHING crashed and I play just fine

    3. now I exit the game...
    4. I run the game again... the ntdll.dll crashes come back :/
    5. I restart my pc
    6. I run the game again... ntdll.dll still crashes all of the app

    Whyyyyyyy...
