    why monster level 50 in quest level 42. Quest name : Golem that survive on metals.

    Because if monsters level 42 in level 42 quests, they would be too easy for you to kill.

    just grow a pair and take on monsters higher than you. It feels good.

    Quests are (supposedly) made to be a challenge with a reward. The latter either being experience, a good item or just both.
    If the monster was same lvl as you, it would be too easy to kill and give you only average experience and would not be a challenge at all.

    You also have to consider that, at certain level range(s), there is a serious clusterfk of quests which you cannot do all within the one and same level. As such, it happens that people will have to do quests below their character level. Having the monsters x-lvls higher than the starting-lvl, it allows for those people to also partake in the questing "fun".

    "Fun" being subjective, of course.

    And the best thing here is you will think on how you kill the monsters depending on items and skill you've got...

    Archers and Mages has this "kiting" technique you can rely on
