It is not as easy as it sounds but just sending a bug report to the GMs should get things moving. Waiting is just part of it. :l

There is 2 kinds of Recycling one to spend x amounts of items to gamble for one with better stats and the combination one that you use lets say 2 boss drops and merge them to get a reinforce able boss drop or add to HK 8 hrs + an ancient pres stone for a chance to get either 15 or 30 days HK.
OP means the last one. Combination System.

Some items cannot be really recycled lol... especially when they are untradable.

Can I recycle your fat? *witchy laugh.* I think they are already working on fixing the recycle system. With that in mind, expect for any untimely maintenance that can happen anytime soon.

Are there instructions on how to use that Recycle System 2??
Like recipes and stuff for certain kind of items to make.

Use the help button when opening the recycle system. There are the recipes for it.
