Game master Being Unfair Banned Player but can't provide the proof

dear player,
yesterday my account has been Banned By Game Master so un reasonable
after i buy rps to play grabbit they banned me for reason doing RMT.

i havent doing the RMT
i havent use cheat either
but some player has report me doing RMT
i ask GM for give me proof but they refuse and intend to banned my IP lol
if the player report me for RMT then they already doing the RMT too

I got banned once and there was no proof or anything just 5 months wasted waiting for that ban to be lifted. Enjoy your ban sir

I've played a number of MMORPGs and most of the time, players rant in the forums that they are banned for no reason at all. It's something hard to believe, especially with Seal Online. Have you seen how active Indonesian players are when it comes to RMT? It gives me the impression that they play the game to amass a larger number of good items only to be sold for real money. Just look at the screenshot below:



I join pages like this to buy items using in-game currency, but most of the posts here are for RMT. About the proof you are asking for, I doubt that they will share or disclose it to you since 1.) the pic could show who reported you and 2.) it might show confidential information or things that a player should not be able to see. If you still insist on being innocent, just send them a ticket and try to convince them or plead for your ID.

I don't know if they will let your Id go though. I did not experience getting banned in any of the game I played because I don't do RMT and I don't cheat.
